Alpharetta opens key leg of Greenway trail

Alpharetta has opened a new pedestrian passageway on the Greenway Trail underneath Kimball Bridge Road which will provide users full access to the city’s trail system. Alpharetta’s trail is eight miles long, extending from Marconi Drive (Windward Parkway) south to Mansell Road, where it connects to the City of Roswell’s trail system.

The trail is open from 8 a.m. to dusk and is patrolled by bike patrol officers.
