Tucker-Northlake businesses plan for future

A study that will guide the creation of walkable mixed-use centers in the Tucker and Northlake area is planned for the next three months.

The Tucker-Northlake Community Improvement District, which is made up of businesses that want to improve economic development, announced Monday it selected the Sizemore Group architecture firm to conduct the master planning study.

The first community meeting about the study is scheduled for Jan. 22 at 6 p.m. at the Hampton Inn at 3400 Northlake Parkway NE.
