Fulton County attorney will leave in June

Fulton County lost its second department head in the last week Wednesday when County Attorney David Ware submitted his resignation.
Ware told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution he will leave to join the Atlanta law firm Ichter Kresky & Associates in June. He said he will continue to represent local governments as well as individuals and corporate clients in complex litigation.
Police Chief Cassandra Jones announced last week she will retire April 7.
