Fulton County has named a chief information officer and two other department directors.

All three were promoted internally.

The new chief information officer, Nicole Keaton-Hart, has been the deputy to her predecessor since last year. Previously, she was the senior vice president for technology risk and compliance with SunTrust Bank.

In a statement announcing her promotion, the county said Keaton-Hart has been involved in addressing cybersecurity issues at the county, coordinating system security ahead of the Super Bowl and creating a new county website. The Fulton County IT department has been under fire in recent years for violating procurement policies, failing to have a disaster recovery plan and a restructuring that required employees to interview for their jobs.

The county also named Ladisa Onyiliogwu as director of Senior Services and Joseph Davis as director of Real Estate and Asset Management.

“These three leaders have already invested their talent for the benefit of Fulton County residents,” County Manager Dick Anderson said in a statement. “We are excited to see them succeed in their new roles.”
