Atlanta, Fulton disagree on whether cities should annex land

Is a rush of annexations by Atlanta and other South Fulton cities a “desperate land-grab attempt,” as Fulton County Commission Chairman John Eaves suggests?

Or is it “a no-brainer” to join Atlanta, as city councilwoman Keisha Lance Bottoms says?
