“Fred Crawford is a natural leader who has made a tremendous impact on the company in the four-plus years he’s been here,” said Amos, the son of Aflac co-founder Paul Amos. “He has been instrumental in guiding the financial management of the company and helping to grow our footprint in key business areas.”
Paul Amos was one of three brothers who in 1955 co-founded Aflac, the Columbus-based supplemental insurer.
Aflac is one of several Georgia-based Fortune 500 companies.
