Today should be a nice day to walk off your Thanksgiving feast provided you bundle up and move at a brisk pace.

It’ll be sunny, cool and a windy with a high near 50, according to the forecast from Channel 2 meteorologist Eboni Deon.

Traffic isn’t terrible at the moment.

In 2020, 24 people died and 370 were injured in wrecks on Georgia roads during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, and traffic today through the weekend is likely to be heaviest in afternoon hours, AJC reporter Alexis Stevens reports.

After a Thanksgiving Day lull you can expect lots of company if you’re out and about today. It’s a good day to download the Triple Team Traffic Alert app.

Is in-person Black Friday shopping still a thing? If it’s still your thing, our reporting partners at Channel 2 and WSB radio are here to keep you updated with the latest conditions.
