Take caution during your early morning commute as wet pavement is possible in parts of the metro. Later on today, take care as heavy rain is possible in some parts.
“There’s going to be more rain,” said Channel 2 Action News Meteorologist Brian Monahan. “Storms and downpours will develop later in the day.”
The best chance of rain will be south of I-20 and the weather means the possibility of “heavy rain, frequent lightening,” he said.
