An overturned tractor-trailer blocked I-285 southbound’s exit ramp to I-20 East for several hours Wednesday morning.

The crash, which happened around 5:40 a.m., dumped the trailer’s contents onto the road, according to footage from Channel 2 Action News. By 8:45 a.m., the big rig had been moved to the shoulder, lanes had reopened and traffic was slowly recovering.

DeKalb County police did not release details about what caused the wreck but said no other vehicles were involved and no injuries were reported.
