Police need the public’s help locating a suspect in a May shooting that left a man dead at a southwest Atlanta shopping plaza.

Wyman Boyd, 27, was standing outside a barbershop at 3730 Carmia Drive when he was shot, Atlanta police said at the time. He had just walked out of a business when he got into a confrontation with a man, later identified as Reginald Parham, and the fight escalated to gunfire, police said.

Boyd was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

Detectives obtained a warrant for murder against Parham, the department said in a social media statement, and now fugitive investigators are asking the public for help finding him.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Crime Stoppers Atlanta tip line at 404-577-TIPS (8477) or online at www.StopCrimeATL.com. Tipsters may remain anonymous and still be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000 for the arrest and indictment of the suspect.
