A man who was shot multiple times at a Buckhead apartment complex was taken to the hospital with serious injuries Wednesday afternoon while his shooter remains at large.

Officers responded to the 3200 Lenox apartment complex on Lenox Road just after 2:15 p.m. about a shooting call, according to an Atlanta police news release. At the complex, which is a short walk from the Lenox MARTA station and Lenox Square, officers found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Emergency medical personnel arrived and took the man to the hospital, police said. An investigation is ongoing and police are working to determine the circumstances around the shooting.

No further information has been released, including the victim’s identity or further details about a suspect.
