A Stone Mountain woman was arrested Tuesday, three days after allegedly fleeing the scene of a fatal car crash in Norcross, authorities said.
Brittany Amber Ashley, 32, was charged with one count of hit-and-run and one count of homicide by vehicle after investigators said her vehicle included damage consistent with the Saturday crash that killed Kevin Brown, 38, of Norcross. The crash happened in the 1300 block of Beaver Ruin Road.
