WATCH: Man steals motorcycle from home, puts it in his back seat

Surveillance footage captured a man stop his vehicle in the middle of a Gwinnett County street, steal a mini-motorcycle from the garage of a home, place it in his back seat and drive away. 

About 4:20 p.m. Monday, a man wearing a red T-shirt, black shorts and black sneakers walked up to the garage of the Steffi Lane home in unincorporated Lawrenceville and took the $900 blue and white Suzuki mini-motorcycle, Gwinnett police Cpl. Michele Pihera said Friday.

Police said the man has brown hair and is at least 5-foot-8 and between 200 and 250 pounds.

Authorities hope someone can help them identify the man. Anyone with information about the man is asked to call Gwinnett police at 770-513-5300. Tipsters can remain anonymous, and be eligible for rewards of up to $2,000, by contacting Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS or visiting www.crimestoppersatlanta.org.
