Cumming police announced Monday that the final two suspects in a home invasion and robbery earlier this month have been arrested.

Yusef Davis, 26, and 21-year-old Robert Nash, both of Cumming, have been charged with armed robbery, burglary and theft by taking, Cumming police Sgt. Bryan Zimbardi told the Journal-Constitution.

Police had earlier arrested Shaeem McLaren in connection with the Oct. 9 incident on Clayton Circle, in the Adair Park neighborhood north of Cumming. McLaren faces the same charges as Davis and Nash.

Zimbardi said three men, one armed with a semi-automatic pistol, forcibly entered the home and held a resident gunpoint while ransacking the home.

The trio fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, jewelry and electronic equipment, Zimbardi said.

He said the victim was struck by the pistol but was otherwise uninjured.

“At this time, investigators belive that all the perpetrators associated with the home invasion have been arrested,” Zimbardi said Monday.
