Tillman killer sentenced to life without parole

Judge William McClain presided over a sentencing hearing in Douglas County Superior Court to decide the punishment of Tracen Franklin, convicted of murdering Bobby Tillman. Judge McClain sentenced Franklin to life without the possibility of parole for his roie in the attack. The sentencing fell to the judge because the jury could not agree on a punishment last Friday after three days of deliberations.
