The third and final suspect in a Bartow County convenience store shooting is in custody, police said.

Kristy Lynn Davis, 36, of Summerville, was arrested in Ringgold about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Adairsville police said in a Facebook post.

Catoosa County deputies made the arrest “after receiving information on her whereabouts,” police said.

Davis was among those accused of shooting Jonathan Michael Meyer, 30, of Clearwater, Fla., at a QuikTrip on Ga. 140 about 3:35 a.m. Monday.

Michael Sean Conner, 25, of Sparta, Tenn., the suspected gunman, and Destany Marie Schubert, 20, of LaFayette, the alleged getaway driver, were arrested Tuesday.

“Davis was picked up at the Catoosa County Jail by Adairsville Police and is in the process of being brought to the Bartow County Jail,” police said, “where she will face numerous felony charges for the shooting, along with the other two suspects.”

Meyer was flown to Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga in critical condition. He was stable Tuesday, Adairsville police Capt. Louis Dean said.

Before the shooting, Meyer was on his way home from Tennessee when he pulled into the gas station to take a nap, Adairsville police Chief Mike Jones said on Facebook.
