A DeKalb County teen accused of flashing a child at the Decatur library last fall was indicted Tuesday.

A DeKalb grand jury indicted Johnta Mackenzie Baker on child molestation charges for allegations that he put his genitals on the child on Aug. 30.

Baker, 19, was also charged with enticing a child for indecent purposes for allegedly trying to lure the child into the library bathroom “for the purpose of child molestation and indecent acts,” prosecutors said.

He fled police coming to the library and jumped the pay gate at the Decatur MARTA station before being caught, authorities said.

Prosecutors, as a result, have also charged Baker with obstruction and public transit fraud.

He remains in the DeKalb County jail on $53,000 bond.
