A fugitive wanted in connection with an attempted robbery in Cartersville was arrested Thursday, police said.
Demarcus Demond Crumbley was identified as a suspect who ran away Dec. 27 after a Sunoco gas station clerk shot and killed another suspect, Cartersville police spokesman Lt. M.E. Bettikofer said.
The man who was killed was Ronald Deonte Johnson, 24, of Decatur.
The Sunoco is located at 2741 Highway 411 in Cartersville.
Crumbley faces felony murder and armed robbery charges.
