Woodstock police are trying to find three men they say are involved in more than 24 car break-ins in the area. A fourth man was arrested in Cobb County in June, officials said.

Investigators have warrants out for Kartier Jenkins, 17, William Freeman, 23, and Ricky White, 24, in connection with the entering auto cases, police spokeswoman Brittany Page said Tuesday in a statement. Each man faces a slew of theft, entering auto and property damage charges.

Jenkins, who is from Stone Mountain, has been identified as a suspect in multiple break-ins in the Cornerstone subdivision. One car was stolen, Page said. He faces eight counts of entering auto, two counts of felony theft by taking and one count of criminal trespass in connection with the April incidents.

The following month, a group that includes minors hit the Deer Run and River Park subdivisions and stole two vehicles from two states. Freeman, who is from Hixson, Tenn., is “the leader of the group,” Page said.

He has been charged with 13 counts of entering auto, two counts of criminal attempt to enter, six counts of financial transaction theft, two counts of felony theft by taking-firearm and two counts of motor vehicle theft.

The latest break-ins occurred two weeks ago at a local gym, Page said. Three happened June 10, and the other three occurred June 17.  Police said they have connected White to those.

Another man, Okori Allen, 24, was arrested in Cobb County in connection with the same break-ins after a car wreck. On June 18, a black Chevrolet Impala the men were often seen using crashed while fleeing the Georgia State Patrol, and Allen was arrested shortly afterward. He is being held in the Cobb jail.

Investigators said White and Allen were also often seen using a black Dodge Dart during car break-ins and believe that is the car White is likely driving now.  Gwinnett County police said an officer saw the driver of the Dart try to break into a car at Collins Hill Park on June 20, but the driver sped away.

White, who is from Conyers, faces 25 felony counts of entering auto, criminal damage to property, financial transaction card fraud and financial transaction card theft.

Allen, who is from Union City, faces 15 counts of entering auto, criminal damage to property, financial transaction card fraud and financial transaction card theft.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the three men is asked to call Woodstock police at 770-592-6021.
