It was a scary morning for one Atlanta neighborhood after someone fired shots that hit a house and cars.

Officers were dispatched about 2:50 a.m. Thursday to the 3000 block of Lynn Drive in southwest Atlanta, police Officer Lisa Bender said. When they arrived, they found bullets had hit a 2016 Toyota Sienna, a 2014 Nissan Altima and a house. There were about 30 shell casings on the scene, according to an Atlanta police report.

A witness told police two men drove up and down the street before coming to a stop and firing at the house.

One man who stays at the house told police he was in his room when he heard the gunshots and a stray bullet went through his wall.

One projectile was found on his bed, according to the police report.

The people sped off in a white BMW SUV headed east on Lynn Drive, police said.

Three other people were home at the time of the shooting, but no injuries were reported.
