A second arrest has been made in a deadly shooting at an Athens public housing complex.

Martin Borja Garcia, 18, of Danielsville, surrendered to authoriities Tuesday, police told the Athens Banner-Herald.

The suspected shooter in the June 4 slaying, David Rojas Garcia, 22, of Hull, was arrested the day after the incident at a residence, according to police.

The motive for the deadly shooting of Saheed Snow was robbery, police spokesman Epifanio Rodriguez said.

The suspects are related, but police are not sure how. They are charged with malice, felony and second-degree murder, the newspaper reported.

Witnesses told police Snow got into a car with two other people, then was shot and pulled out of the car by one of the suspects, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. One suspect ran from the scene and the other drove away.

Police quickly identified David Rojas Garcia as a suspect.
