Roswell road rage: Suspect allegedly pulls gun on driver for going too slowly

The driver says a couple tried to confront him for driving too slow.

A driver allegedly pulled a gun on another driver in Roswell for driving too slowly, police said.

Roswell police arrested Zenen Vargas-Arbelo on Sunday and charged him with pointing a gun at the other driver while on Holcomb Bridge Road, Channel 2 Action News reported.

The other driver, who asked to remain anonymous, told Channel 2 that Vargas-Arbelo honked at him before passing him.

While being passed, the driver told the news station a female passenger tried to get his attention and rolled down her window. After rolling his window down, Vargas-Arbelo allegedly pointed his gun at him.

“I just froze, and I was in a state of shock at that moment,” the driver told Channel 2. “I was like I don’t think he’s going to shoot me.”

Vargas-Arbelo has an arrest history in Roswell for having a gun without a license, the news station reported. He’s out of jail on bond.
