Police have arrested a Henry County man accused in the death of his uncle.
Brandon Leron Oliver, 24, was charged with murder for the death of Jeremy Tyler Noel.
On Tuesday police were called around 6 p.m., to a McDonough home on Kendall Lane in response to a report of a person shot, Henry County Police spokesman Sgt. Joey Smith said.
Officers arrived to find Noel, 26, stabbed to death, police said.
Investigators determined that Oliver, who had been visiting the home, had fled the scene. Police were able to locate and arrest Oliver, Smith said.
Police have not determined a motive.
Oliver remains at the Henry County jail without bond, according to jail records.
