Police have identified the man accused of killing a co-worker in a Fulton County business, then dying in a single-vehicle crash less than two hours later.

Jordan Michael Toddings, 36, was traveling west on I-20 when his 2000 Ford Ranger left the roadway, collided with a guardrail and overturned multiple times near Lincoln, Ala., the Alabama State Patrol said Thursday. Toddings, of Warner Robins, died at the scene of the wreck Tuesday morning.

Investigators believe earlier Tuesday, Toddings walked into Flexible Industrial Solutions on Fulton Industrial Boulevard and shot a co-worker multiple times. Andre Slocum, 25, died from his injuries.

Slocum’s family said Toddings was angry that he was not a full-time employee. A candlelight vigil is planned Friday night for Slocum, a married father of a 2-year-old son.

Andre Slocum, 25, was shot six times and killed while at work Tuesday morning. Slocum, a newlywed, had a son and was expecting a second child, his family said.
