Tavonn Lee Jr. faces three felony counts of child endangering, according to Trumbull County Sheriff Department officials.

A man faces two charges of child endangering after two separate children in his care were found with injuries, according to police.

WKBN reported 19-year-old Travonn Lee called 911 Sunday at 12:17 a.m. and reported that a 1-year-old boy had been burned. According to The Tribune Chronicle, the boy is Lee's son.

According to a police report, the child had second- and possible third-degree burns to his entire back side and was crying uncontrollably. He was barely moving and had skin peeling off of him, The Tribune reported.

Lee told the officer he placed the 1-year-old in the shower on his back while he stepped away to use the bathroom, according to the police report. Lee said the baby’s skin peeled off when he returned and dried the baby.

WKBN reported Lee was arrested and charged with child endangering. Another police report was filed after his arrest in which police said a woman reported a child in Lee's care had injuries.

According to that report, a 5-year-old boy said, “Travonn beat me with a belt,” when the woman asked about a large bruise and redness on his back and backside. The woman, who is a friend of Lee’s, said her son had been looked after by Lee on and off for a week.

Lee was arrested again on child endangering charges at 4:31 a.m. Sunday, after he posted bond on the first such charge, WKBN reported.
