A 13-year-old resident at Loxahatchee Groves nudist colony was arrested in connection to a Sunday stabbing that sent a woman to the hospital, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
The teen, who has not been identified because of his age, faces charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He was transported to the juvenile facility, PBSO said.
The motive for the stabbing is still unknown, according to authorities.
A woman who made a stop at Sunsport Gardens Naturist Resort told investigators she was stabbed early Sunday by a young man around 9:30 a.m. Authorities flew her to a hospital for treatment for her wounds. PBSO said the injuries were non-life threatening.
