A Summerville woman was arrested Monday after being accused of molesting a young teenage boy after getting him drunk, authorities said.
Lucy Kaitlyn Watson, 21, was charged with aggravated child molestation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor for an incident that took place between March and December of last year, according to a Gordon County Sheriff’s Office incident report.
On May 4, the teenage boy, who is now 15, and his mother reported the alleged abuse to the sheriff’s office. The teen told an investigator that he was at Watson’s prior home in Calhoun when he was abused.
He said he was intoxicated, which led to him being molested by Watson, the report said. Investigators did not specify why there was a 10-month range for when the alleged assault took place.
Watson was booked into the Gordon County jail, the sheriff’s office said. Her bond information was not immediately available.
