The neighbor's children were present during the incident, but no one was injured. Deputies said they found bullet holes in their home and vehicles, according to the Panama City News Herald.

When deputies tried to talk to Brinegar, he was reportedly so drunk he fell over. Authorities secured a search warrant and found the pistol in his home next to several bottles of liquor.

Marijuana pipes and loose ammunition were also found, the Panama City News Herald reported.

Brinegar was arrested and charged with firing a missile into a dwelling, criminal mischief and use of a firearm under the influence of alcohol.
