The incident happened at The Life at Marketplace apartment complex on Fairburn Road in southwest Atlanta.

A 14-year-old girl stepped out of the shower to find a man wearing only a red Power Rangers mask staring back at her, Channel 2 Action News reported.

The girl screamed for help and the naked man ran out, according to the news station.

The incident happened Wednesday shortly after 8 a.m. at The Life at Marketplace apartment complex on Fairburn Road in southwest Atlanta.

It’s unclear how the man made his way into the house.

“I can't imagine how this child was feeling at the time. No adult around. It could have went way different than it did,” neighbor Shantell Clay told the news station.

Parents in the complex told Channel 2 they will start a neighborhood watch because of this incident.

“Because it is an ongoing investigation, we are limited in what we can say at this time. However, we wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone we take great care in providing a safe community for all,” the complex’s management said in an email to residents.

Management was seen Thursday making repairs and renovations around the complex, according to Channel 2.
