A car struck a man in Bartow County shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday, officials said.
The man was walking along Highway 41 near Grassdale Road when he was struck, emergency medical service workers told Channel 2 Action News. Crew members said the pedestrian might have suffered a skull fracture.
He was rushed by helicopter to Grady Memorial Hospital, which has a Level 1 trauma center.
