A man is accused of driving to the police station while intoxicated in order to get fingerprinted for a previous DUI charge.
Kevin Kroll, of Uniontown, was originally arrested in February, but officials said his blood work just came back recently.
Kroll underwent a field sobriety test at the police station.
Officials told Channel 11 News he failed the test.
Kroll is now facing a second DUI charge, as well as a charge of public drunkenness.
