Cobb man robbed at gunpoint after woman knocks on his door

It all started when a woman knocked on his door.

“Before she even says (anything), some dude with a gun hits my door full force and holds the gun on me,” said the home invasion victim, who asked not to be identified for fear of his safety.

He told Channel 2 Action News that four people, two of them armed, entered his apartment about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Greenhouse Apartments on George Busbee Parkway in Kennesaw.

The victim said he fought them, Channel 2 reported, but they took money and a gun before leaving.

A similar home invasion happened at the apartment complex last month when two Kennesaw State University students were robbed at gunpoint. A masked man entered the apartment and stole cash and video games.

No suspects have been arrested in either case.
