UPDATE [Jan. 23]: Atlanta police said the victim is 17 years old, and has died. She was identified as Roberta Robinson, and a 19-year-old man has been charged in her death.

ORIGINAL STORY:

An 18-year-old woman was shot in southeast Atlanta on Wednesday afternoon, authorities confirmed.

The woman, who was shot in the 200 block of Springside Drive, is “not alert but is breathing,” Atlanta police spokeswoman Stephanie Brown said.

No suspects are in custody.

No other details were released.
