2 Georgia deputies arrested on sexual assault allegations

June 19, 2018Two Walker County sheriff’s deputies were arrested Tuesday after authorities were notified of an alleged sexual assault, the GBI said in a news release.
Brandon England, 40, and Shawn Norris, 36, face charges of criminal attempt to rape, aggravated assault and false imprisonment, according to the release.
The GBI was contacted by Fort Oglethorpe police Sunday regarding the alleged assault.
England and Norris were booked into the Catoosa County jail.
No other details were released.
