The driver police say is responsible for a Decatur crash that killed a 5-year-old now faces a charge of first-degree vehicular homicide in his death.

Michelle Wierson, 52, of Avondale Estates, was arrested on a slew of charges, including DUI and reckless driving, after the three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Midway Road and South Candler Street last Thursday.
