Andrea Sneiderman, placed under house arrest as she awaits trial in the killing of her husband, will be allowed to attend religious services, a DeKalb County judge ruled Thursday.

Sneiderman was granted permission to attend services for Yom Kippur, Sukkot and Hanukkah at Chabad of North Fulton, where she is a member.

The Dunwoody widow is living with her parents in Roswell while under house arrest. She is accused of conspiring with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband, Rusty Sneiderman.

Neuman was convicted in March for the November 2010 fatal shooting of Rusty Sneiderman outside his son’s daycare facility. Andrea Sneiderman has denied any involvement in her husband’s death.
