A teen accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl under the influence of Xanax and marijuana wasn’t seen on video having sex with the alleged victim, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Cameron Richard, 17, had a preliminary hearing Thursday morning after Gwinnett police say he and three other teens raped a girl on May 4 near South Gwinnett High School. Richard was arrested June 5.

Three of the teens, two 15-year-olds and a 16-year-old, were charged with rape. Richard was charged with rape and possession of child pornography.

Police said the four males and the girl went to a bus lot on Skyland Drive, where they normally did drugs. The four males allegedly raped the girl while she was under the influence.

Video of the incident circulated the school and was later recovered by police.

Snellville police Chief Roy Whitehead said the investigation is ongoing.
