When investigators raided a Rockdale County home Friday, they found military-style weapons, heroin — and the backpack of a 6-year-old girl who was living there with her father.

“Wow — all I can say is wow,” Kenny Bingham, a resident of Golfview Terrace, said of the raid on his street.

Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office authorities found assault rifles and ammunition, a bulletproof vest, trafficking amounts of heroin, cocaine and cash, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Lewis Jabari Jones, 29, the girl’s father, and his girlfriend Charity McCullar, 26, were arrested.

Guns and drugs were in reach of the girl’s backpack. The child is now staying with a relative, Channel 2 reported.

“I’m just glad that (nobody was) hurt,” neighbor Jeanette Holder said.
