“I’m going to rape you” was the response a Fairburn woman said she got when she told her child’s father she didn’t want to have sex, according to a police report.

Akeem Smith allegedly slapped a plate out of the woman’s hand, jumped on top of her and forced her on her stomach before attempting to rape her on Jan. 13.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution does not identify victims of sexual abuse.

While the child was in the room, Smith allegedly masturbated over the 29-year-old woman and said, “I’m going to nut in your face,” police wrote in the report.

She waited before calling police and Smith left the residence, police said. Though officers tried to contact the woman over the next few weeks, she refused to answer calls and soon after her phone was disconnected, the report states.

On Tuesday, officers received a domestic call from the same

Campbellton Street address.

The woman again told Smith she didn’t want to have sex and she told police he cursed at her.

Though it hadn’t yet, the woman felt the fight would turn physical so she called police.

When officers ran Smith’s name they learned he was wanted on attempted rape, child cruelty, child molestation, battery and trespassing charges in connection with the January incident.

Smith was arrested and booked into the Fulton County jail, where he remained Thursday, according to jail records.
