Autopsy results from the GBI say a Bartow County deputy and a Cartersville police officer shot a man six times in July, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Steven McQueen, 30, was fatally shot after he refused to drop his gun, even after he was tased, the station reported.

Authorities went to a home to arrest McQueen on charges of aggravated assault and probation violation, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.
