A gas station clerk in Forsyth County fought off a knife-wielding robber last month, according to Channel 2 Action News.
The clerk, who did not want to be identified, was held at knifepoint at a Sunoco in Cumming.
The alleged suspect, identified as 42-year-old Rigoberto Catalan, attempted to force the clerk into a storage area, but she fought back, Channel 2 reported. Catalan then walked the clerk at knifepoint to the cash register, where he demanded money, the news station said.
Deputies say the clerk pushed a silent alarm, but the man got away before they arrived.
Catalan is being held without bond on armed robbery and aggravated assault charges.
