Fayette County authorities have arrested a Fairburn man and charged him with molesting a juvenile.
The Fayette Sheriff’s Office said Thursday that Christian Dionta Evans, 24, was arrested on Aug. 28. Evans, who lives in Fulton County, is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with the juvenile in 2011 and this year at a Fayette residence.
Evans was charged with child molestation and aggravated child molestation, and additional charges are possible, the Sheriff’s Office said in a statement. The case remains under investigation.
