In the April 2 incident, the two women went through the Burger King drive-thru and asked for free fries. When an employee denied the request, they went into the restaurant, causing a distraction, according to the report, WTVJ reported.

One woman, whom the arrest report said was Peguero, jumped over the counter, telling the manager to open the cash register and “give up all the money,” according to the report. The manager said the woman had her hands in her pocket as she threatened to hit her in the face with a .45-caliber pistol, according to the report.

The report said the manager was punched in the face when she tried to call police on the phone. Bagley is accused of jumping over the counter and joined in the attack on the manager, according to WTVJ.

The two women eventually left the restaurant, in an SUV police say is registered to Bagley. Victims identified her as one of the two women involved in the incident, according to the arrest report.

According to Miami-Dade County Corrections and Rehabilitation records, Bagley remains in jail and held without bail as of Tuesday, according to the local news station.
