A Dunwoody man is behind bars in Virginia after being accused of sex trafficking two women, according to multiple news reports.

Robert Lee Wilhite III, 35, was booked last week and faces commercial sex trafficking charges out of Henrico County, Va., Richmond-based news station WWBT reported. He remains in the county's jail without bond, according to online jail records.

On Oct. 23, Henrico police detectives discovered an ad on an escort website that led them to a hotel, the news station reported. When officers arrived, two women were inside the room.

After speaking to the officers, the women were arrested and charged with keeping a bawdy place and possession of marijuana, WWBT reported. Police said they determined that both women were sex trafficking victims and that a man had been at the hotel earlier.

Wilhite is accused of being the man in the hotel, the news station reported. He was eventually arrested in New York and extradited to Virginia last Wednesday.
