A Doraville man is wanted in connection with a kidnapping in Beaufort, S.C., according to islandpacket.com
Melesse Orlando Turner, 22, is being charged with kidnapping and attempted murder.
Turner and an unidentified woman allegedly attacked a 42-year-old St. Helena Island man in Beaufort Tuesday while driving to a house. After arriving, Turner pistol whipped the man and shot him several times in the feet, according to the report.
The victim told police the attack may have stemmed from an incident between Turner and his son in Atlanta.
Turner should be considered armed and dangerous and may be traveling in a 1992, white Toyota Camry LE with Georgia license plate number PNG2165, police told the website.
