DeKalb murderer accused of raping teen niece

June 6, 2013A DeKalb County man has been accused of raping his 16-year-old niece, authorities said.
Randy Leon Young was arrested on Wednesday without incident by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s fugitive squad, Sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Adrion Bell said.
The alleged rape took place early Tuesday morning at the Valley Ridge Apartments near Decatur, Bell said.
Young, 40, was recently released from a Minnesota State Prison after serving 14 years for a murder conviction, authorities said.
He is currently being held at the DeKalb County Jail without bond.
