Hall County deputies are investigating the deaths of a 43-year-old man and his 35-year-old girlfriend.

Just before 6 a.m. Saturday, deputies and investigators were called to the 3500 block of Gaines Mill Road regarding two dead people, Sheriff Gerald Couch said.

They were found by the man’s son, who last had contact with them the evening before. The man and woman were identified as Norman Reece and Audrey Dhal, respectively.

"The initial investigation revealed no obvious signs of trauma or foul play," Couch said.
The residence had no electricity. There were several space heaters in the home, but air quality tests by Hall County Fire Services found no toxic carbon monoxide levels, according to Couch.

Both victims’ bodies have been taken to the DeKalb County Medical Examiner’s office for autopsies.
