A man allegedly drove his car while drunk with two of his children in the backseat, then fought police in Fulton County, authorities told Channel 2 Action News.

Frank Watson was pulled over after Johns Creek officers received a call about two suspicious cars at a house that was for sale near Rivermont Parkway, Channel 2 reported.

Officers immediately suspected he was drunk and asked him to get out of his car, police Lt. Todd Hood said. While police were questioning him, Watson told them he had two beers 20 minutes before he was pulled over, the news station reported.

The exchange was captured on dash camera video and shows that Watson began to resist and damaged the police vehicle by kicking it. The audio also captures Watson directing racial slurs toward officers.

"We’re not gonna tolerate it. The public's not gonna tolerate it and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” Hood said.

Watson was charged with DUI, child endangerment and damage to government property.
