A Carrollton man was arrested for allegedly touching a 6-year-old at a Wal-Mart, 95.5 FM and 750 AM News/Talk WSB reports.

Roy Lee Johnson, 75, was charged with molestation after allegedly touching the girl inappropriately after he saw her in the toy aisle, according to reports.

The little girl was at the store on an outing for her birthday, and her mother reportedly shouted for help when she saw what was happening to her daughter.

Johnson retreated to the men’s room, where he was found and arrested by police, WSB Radio reports.

He was arrested two years ago for allegedly fondling a 3-year-old boy in a grocery store cart, but the case wasn’t prosecuted, according to reports.

Johnson’s family reportedly claims he has Alzheimer’s disease and said this behavior was uncharacteristic.
