Officers responded to two shootings with three victims in northwest Atlanta within a 15-minute span Tuesday.

The victims, all of them men, were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital with gunshot wounds, Atlanta police said. They were conscious when officers arrived.

The first shooting took place about 11:50 a.m. in the 1100 block of Joseph E. Boone Boulevard, police said. The victim was uncooperative with police and would not talk to investigators, police spokeswoman TaSheena Brown said.

The last shooting happened about 12:05 and injured two men, Brown said. The incident took place in the 2000 block of Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway, where one of the victims was found by officers.

The other victim ran to the 700 block of Charlotte Place before police arrived, which initially led investigators to believe he was the victim of a third shooting. However, Brown confirmed that both people were shot during the same incident.

Investigators have not determined if the first and second shootings are connected. The scenes are about two miles apart.

As of Thursday, no suspects had been arrested.
